ORO Development Corporation is a non-profit organization, with the mission to provide education, training, housing, employment and assistance for eligible individuals and agricultural industry workers. Enabling them to become not only self-sufficient, but productive members of the community.

Established in 1971, ORO Development Corporation was established to provide access to opportunities and information for migrant and seasonal farm workers, as well as other low-income families. The purpose is to enable them to achieve more sufficient and productive lives within their social and economic environment.

The vision of ORO Development Corporation is to improve lives, develop communities and help build a competent workforce.

Our purpose is to not only provide training and employment, but also assistance for agricultural industry workers that are eligible for the program. Our goal is to provide solutions for numerous problems that are faced by migrant and seasonal farm workers and ranch workers; as well as enabling employers to find good employees. We provide access to affordable housing opportunities, educational opportunities and access to other agencies for supportive services.
